Our Story
It was September 2014 and Connor walked into his new university flat, only to hear some ‘bangers’ blasting from the room opposite. “He better turn that crap off,” he thought. “I don’t think we’ll get along.”
Unbeknownst to him, Hannah, who had moved into the same flat two days prior was getting ready in her room … listening to her ‘bangers’.
She walked into the kitchen to meet her new flatmate and the first thing she saw was Connor slamming his oversized bag of protein powder on the kitchen table. Hannah looked at him and thought, “Wow, what a douchebag…”
and the rest is history… Kind of.
Despite the initial first impressions, Hannah and Connor became best friends and ended up living together for years, alongside Maid of Honor Sarah and one of the Best Men, Jace.
After living together in Lincoln, Nottingham, Loughborough, and now Sheffield, they have finally settled into a home and adopted their first child—Coda the Cavapoo.
Connor finally popped the question in August 2023 in Budapest, right after they watched their favorite band, Mumford & Sons, before setting off on their Interrail trip around Europe.
And now, on July 12, 2025, they are going to get married and hope to live happily ever after.
